My Journey to Healing

Discovering the missing piece to lasting, vibrant health.

 

I’m so glad you’re here! This page comes from my heart.

Growing up in a chronically ill home, witnessing the suffering of loved ones stirred something deep inside me. It created a burning desire to understand how the body works, so people can live healthy, joyful lives.

 

For over 40 years, I searched for answers because I refused to accept that my children would follow the same path as my family. Along the way, I discovered some results, but never true, lasting healing. Deep down, I believe we were made for good health; I just didn’t know how to break through my own challenges.

​

 

       My Health Challenges

 

My journey began in my 20s with back surgery. Over the years, I faced:​

 

  • Chronic migraines

  • Lifelong weight fluctuations

  • Circulation issues and chronic fatigue

  • Loss of strength and balance

  • Ringing in my ears, shingles, skin, and hair problems​

 

I’ve never relied on medications, but I lived in survival mode, pushing through with a strong, positive mindset. That mindset kept me going, but it didn’t stop the symptoms.

​

 

        The Missing Piece

 

Everything changed when I discovered Anthony William’s Medical Medium information. As I read and listened, everything began to make sense: my family’s health issues, my symptoms, and most importantly, what the body truly needs to fuel and heal itself.

  • Celery Juice: 30–60 ounces on an empty stomach for full-body support

  • Morning Fruits: Incorporate fresh fruits to satisfy morning hunger

  • No Fats Until After Lunch: Helps the body digest and detox efficiently

Even starting with just one step, like lemon water, begins the foundation for transformation.
