Picture
It is true a picture is worth a thousand words. When I study this picture , I see a lot of things I really like...Can you see what I see??

1. I see a soft eye

2. I see a relaxed body

3. I see a straight body

4. I see a balanced horse

5. I see her face perpendicular   to the ground

                                                                          6. I see her neck soft and arched up slightly

6a. She is slightly behind the bit, she's not pushing on the bridle

which will allow her to be soft. She will only stay soft if she finds comfort and

relief from any external pressure when she puts herself in this posture here.

                                                                          7. I see her flexing nicely at the pole

8, Her front legs are coming straight down , her top line is rounded

                                                                         9. Her back legs are coming straight down

                                                                         10. This posture will allow her to move freely in every direction

This is the mental picture that I want my horses to look like while their doing their job. This is a still picture naturally but I want

it to become a motion picture and I want her to be in this posture with every step.
