
First you must understand and realize that it is all about a belief that you hold in your magical powerful mind. Then when you hold that non resistant, good easy feeling of peace and joy long enough, what you desire is sure to come to you!! You get to decide just how long it will take and you will know that by how you are feeling about that area. Your emotions are your own internal guidance that you are either on smooth or wavy water. Have you ever noticed when the waves get too rough no one wants to stay there? So we should ask ourselves, why do we stay on that wavy water of negative emotions. Humm!!
Your emotions are attached to everything you do, wellness, finances, relationships etc. The better you feel the more you allow goodness to flow. The longer you harbor negative emotions the slower your desires will flow. It just it!! Always has been and always will be.
NOW is the time to decide, do you like the way all areas your life is going or would you
like to improve upon one or all of them.
Personally speaking from achieving this from a lifelong experience of holding fast to my belief of wellness that I can be, do or have whatever good health I want, it has taught me I can do it!

For me I am on to the weight vacation. I will be blogging here on progression and encouragement !
Today: I am drawing a line in the sand no more regret frustration about how I look or how my clothes fit, I am giving myself permission to be OK where I am and ready to take the next step from this good feeling set point! I am on vacation, enjoying myself so that whatever I choose to eat, will love me to a great shape. Yup !! That's what it just said! Whatever I eat will be ok as long as I am enjoying it. Caution: If you worry, doubt or regret what is being eaten, then it will store. Release yourself from resistance and watch your marvelous body respond.
30 years ago I taught a class from the book Think Yourself Thin! I remember seeing a lady several years later who said, do you know I lost 50 pounds doing that?! I love it!
FYI- this is no diet or restrictions, this is all about training your marvelous mind with thought to believe your worth of the good you desire. Once you get that momentum going then the wellness, finances or relationships will follow.
