At this peaceful state lets ask ourselves some questions so we can figure out
what is really important
1. Who am I spending time with?
2. Where do I want to live?
3. What kind of lifestyle do I want to be living?
4. What's my real passion ?
5. Am I doing what I love?
Become your own detective and see if all the pieces are fitting into the puzzle the way you would like or does there need to be a rethink, a shift, a change somewhere. Does your life reflect whats iimportant to you?
So I ask the question once more, if one of your friends were asked what is important to you, would your life reflect it so their answer would be clear by the life your living?
I recommend you get a notebook and start to journal as in future blogs there will be quotes, questions , reflections you will want to keep as you travel on the journey to healthy living.
Be the change you want to see. If your waiting on someone else to change first you will be disappointed. You don't want someone else's life hanging around your moves. You be the change , be brave be bold and start today!!
