Gratitude I just LOVE it. When I discovered how much it could change my life in a few moments I was amazed and got hooked. Don't you like things that work? I sure do and this one will never fail you!
I know people say I am thankful. I am thankful for God, my family, food etc. These are great things but lets take it further with a daily approach to everything in life your doing with a grateful heart. Why? As this positions your mind on the good in life and when we look at the good we just feel better, our energy comes up. And you can't think a positive and negative thought at the same time..You know how it goes you have been around people that everything and everybody has something wrong.. What a downer, that makes you want to have lunch with them unless.... you are in that mind frame too, then you just join along on pitty street.
Get moving on I am thankful Avenue and get going with a hop in your step and a song in your heart.
You will be amazed at the ideas, opportunities, people that will be attracted to you when you live life from a grateful heart.
How do you get and stay in a grateful attitude? Everyday write down 10 things you are grateful for and Why, attach some emotion to it, this will give it meaning.
Example: I am thankful for this computer holding information until your ready to read it, making it convenient and very accessible.
I have written a 30 day thankfulness journal + to do list that is a great tool to assist you in getting started on your grateful attitude. I have also included a place to write what your going to do that day as well as quotes to encourage you along the way.
