Your purpose is to have joy. The desires of your heart are to be yours. Sounds good and feels good when its present.
But you might be reading this and saying but Cindy I don't feel it. Well then, that is just an indicator that your awareness button is blinking and something needs to shift.
Sit and quiet your mind, become aware of your breathing. Feel the rise and fall of your chest.
Say to yourself out loud or within..
This is a really good new day, breath in ......and out
This is a new beginning for me, breath in .... and out
I am peaceful in this moment, breath in ........ and out
I have peace in my mind , breath in and .... out
I have peace in my heart, breath in and ... out
I believe peace is for me, breath in and ... out
I believe joy is for me in this really good day
I believe joy is for me everyday, breath in and ... out
I am a creative being, breath in and ... out
I will allow myself to feel joy, breath in and ...out
I quiet my mind and breath in things that bring me joy, breath in... and out
Breath in what those things are.... breath in and.... out
Repeat as often as needed.
Your breathing in, is your life giving source that allows alignment to start to take place within.
Becoming more focused and aware of your breathing with words that are encouraging and filling,
you will notice a shift taking place to creating a new you.
Taking responsibility for yourself is a joyful feeling.
